The WCS speciality officially transitioned to Pelvic and Womens Health (PWCS) after approval from the ABPTS. Currently, six practice examinations are available to support your preparation. These exams may be taken individually or in various combinations, according to your preference. In response to numerous requests for longer-format practice tests that more accurately reflect the duration and demands of the official examination, we have expanded our offerings. The WCS examination comprises 200 questions administered over a seven-hour period, including scheduled breaks. For your convenience, we provide practice exams containing 25, 50, 150, and 200 questions to accommodate a range of study needs and schedules.

WCS exam 1 is 56 questions    $126

WCS exam 2 is 50 questions   $126

WCS exam 3 is 50 questions   $126

WCS exam 4 is 25 questions     $63

WCS exam 5 is 27 questions     $63

WCS exam 6 is 35 questions     $63 [questions not included in the WCS 156 or WCS 208]

WCS 156 Question exam is a combination of WCS exams 1-3.  This is offered at a 10% discount of 340$.  This exam does not contain any questions from WCS exam 4, WCS exam 5, or WCS 6.

WCS 208 Question exam is a combination of WCS exams 1-5.  This is offered at a 15% discount of 453$.  This exam does not contain any questions from exam 6.  

Please note, we have been adding and updating our exams this year and lowering the prices.  Any updates to questions will automatically appear in your exams if you signed up since 6/2025.

Access to purchased exams in the portal will end 1 year after purchase.
